Dr. Peter Wuteh Vakunta is a native of Cameroon. He holds a Ph.D. in French and Francophone Studies. Vakunta is author of several books in French, English, Pidgin English and Camfranglais. He has taught at Universities in South Africa and the United States. At present, he is professor of French and Cultural Studies at the Defense Language Institute in Fayetteville, North Carolina. During his leisure time, Vakunta watches soccer and plays the Xylophone.
